is the neck loose on your one too?

ShoppingCart- 10-11-2006
Ive used it 4 or 5 times since Lahinch and every time i have got at least one flush down the left hand side from the neck, at first I thought I just wasnt tucking in the flap over the shoulder correctly but mpb was saying his was doing the same, its not a big deal but it sure does wake you up when your not expecting it

herbie- 10-11-2006
you dont want that in February!!

mpb- 10-11-2006
High pockets said the same about his.

I will check with the others who purchased one as well.

my older xcel does flush a little but i put that down to the fact that it is a size to large for me now (lost some weight after i bought it.) my new hooded one does not really seem to flush...had it on the other day and did not notice any flushes.... but did think it was too hot.....

Went with the 5/3 version without the hood. Nice suit, but it does flush a little.pretty warm all the same. they are v similar to the excel suits in design.

xcel and cskins are made in the same factory

mpb- 10-12-2006
I think you will find that nearly all wetsuits are made in the same factory.

mpb- 10-12-2006
Does anyone know the details of the factory or chain of factories or company that manufactures most of the wetsuits we wear?. I wouldn't mind knowing who makes my suit.

vegaluca- 10-12-2006
Have all ye guys made the "change over" to yer 5/3's and 6/4's ?
I'm still in my 3/2..... jasus I must step onto the aul weighing scales tomorrow morning biggrin.gif

mpb- 10-12-2006
I have worn my winter suit twice, mainly just to try it out before I really need it, but partly because my summer suit was wet and it looked cold out!. Both times the suit was much to hot, where you rmore wet through sweating than surfing. The other night I thought the water felt very warm. So 3/2 for me for a while longer.

herbie- 10-12-2006
still in 3/2 also.

wes- 10-12-2006
sid.zips across front.
think ya need the old "natural layer" to still be in a 3/2 at the mo. laugh.gif
gets fair cold venturing from the 2nd to 3rd hour surfing at this time of year. ph34r.gif
