Anyone have the 5/3 E-bomb? I was thinking of getting one if it's long enough. Unfortunately they don't do the 'long' in the womens suits. rolleyes.gif

Are they warm enough for winter do ya think?

There is a womens excel infiniti that has been getting good reviews, might be worth a try.

I've had the E-bomb since last year, had an F-bomb before that and twas super warm but very heavy. I reckon the E would do the trick, my dads gone for the F-Bomb though laugh.gif . I think he's planning on getting some serious practice through the winter so he can surprise his mates next summer biggrin.gif

They don't do an F-Bomb for ladies.

Got the E-bomb, tried it out today in a 2ft clean secret spot. Great surf. 3 hrs+ before the tide killed it. Haven't been that warm in ages. Happy days! longboardirl/smileslayer.gif

It packed in on me over a year ago. I've been surfing a 5/3/0 for the last year and a half. The back panel was constantly leaking. I'm suprised my kidneys are still intact they've been so cold!! *touch wood*

Wore my new excel for the first time on Saturday (my 3/2 was soaking and it was early). The suit is very comfortable and very warm. One thing I would say is watch the neck seal if you are buying one, make sure it seals well as there is no way of making it tighter. Mine seals fine most of the time. The suit was way to hot for the current water temps, I must have lost a stone through sweat. I will let you know what the durability is like at the end of the season.

The neck seal is definitely a problem with these suits, they seem to be consistently too loose, leading to flushing at the back of the neck. I have contacted the european distributors concerning the problem and solution but have not heard anything back yet.

I'm hoping that they will just take the suit back and make the neck smaller. Apart from that I think the suit is the warmest I have worn, and that includes the 6/4 ripcurl fireskin.

High Pockets, who did you contact about your suit?
