We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on Geoprene manufacturing defects. The seams of this quality product are guaranteed for the life of the Geoprene. However, this point considered, the warranty does not apply in cases where Geoprene quality is irreversibly damaged due to sun exposure, improper care, shark attack, spontaneous combustion, alien abduction, general negligence or natural aging over the course of the product’s lifetime. Accordingly, if the Geoprene is in such a state that it cannot be used for repair, the warranty will be voided. This warranty is ultimately limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of Matuse and does not include consequential damages, incidental damages or damages to person or property.

I was very interested in one too but after hearing about the smell from the wool and what vega was saying about the lack of flex im a little unsure.
At least with patagonia you know it'll have been built to last though

That would be great .bru Will you ask them about sizing, warmth, and flex. Oh, and are they a smelly suit even without turning on the internal central heating.

Urine and wool is never going to smell good .
That would be good if you could get a review for us H'Bru, especially whether the knees are any good .

Ive have a 2 season old West Edge - as I dont possess a summer suit, its been used all summer, and all last winter. I started using it 14 months ago and it got basically no use from Dec to May this year (holidays abroad and shoulder surgery). Its holding up pretty well, the pressure areas for me - around the hips and under the elbows/forearms are showing no sign of wear amd the liquid seals are also holding up very well - I expect to get the winter out of it. My brother and I have 2 mediums, but one is smaller then the other! The fit a bit snugger then the equivalent rip-curl, I would be a MS in ripcurl, while I am a M in the West. The Ultraspan is pretty good, but my brother prefers his Quiksilver as it is more flexible - then again, it is a 4/3!
Hope that helps - I am a fan of the suits, and was considering buying one of the loose-fit summersuits but they didnt have any in my size!

i did "take the piss" about the alleged smell off them and one of them did admit to it being fairly odourous. i'll enquire more.

oh and if anyone is interested for the last 5 years i've been using bodyglove suits without issue. i'm surprised that they wer'ent mentioned by anyone in 22 pages of a thread. i will admit that i got 3 suits from the factory in the states (3/2,4/3 and 5/4 hooded) and have rarely seen them for sale over here unless you get the sola/body glove suits which are'nt actualy bodyglove at all.

very impressed with my new e-bomb 3/2. I'm actually too warm in it at the moment. The ripcurl large seems to be a perfect fit for me. Also they have used a different neoprene for the knee panel than the rest of the suit.

I'm still in my O'neill phsyco 2 3/2. I was regularly flushing water in yesterday to cool down. Twas a glorious day though, say some dude in a camaro suit looked like 6mm
