My xcel will be going back as well. The tape has come off across the back of the shoulders on the inside, which lessens the effectiveness of the seal. Apart from that it is pretty much perfect.

The hood on my ripcurl started to split away from the rest of the suit, which I sewed up myself, apart from that it has lasted ok so far, although the xcel gets used more.

My 2nd Psycho II is going back due to cracked liquid tapes. Rubber on one of the knees is also down to the neoprene...suit is less than 5 months old.

haven't been in to see stuart yet, but the more i think about it the more i think it's going to be one of those "not workmanship or materials" comments.

Back into my 4mm the other night, too hot for half the session:)

Went without the booties today, thank (buddy) christ twas only a short session, the initial shock was pretty nuts but everything was fine till I went to get out. My god the walk across the shingle was just nuts!!

2nd replacement Psycho II picked up today. If 3rd time isn't a charm I'm giving up on them altogether and moving to Xcel or RipCurl.
