If I won a pair of tickets I still wouldnt go, even though I would love to see a bunch of the already listed acts, but the last time I was at an Oxegen gig, the whole way the festival was organised and run just totally put me off - cram em in, give em shit to eat and do, put on a few bands are count up the takings - shite!

I tickets to oxegen and electric picnic stuff last year or the one before but ended up not going ... give onshore mush instead anyday.

Great line up alright for oxygen but i prefer the buzz if you forgive the pun, at Leccie Picnic. Loads of different stuff to do, and a chilled out atmosphere

I dont care about the mud, knacks and severe hangover/sleep deprevation, I would never forgive myself if I miss this one!

Good weekend. RATM were solid but their encore was savage finishing up with Killing in the name of. MGMT confirmed their status as the most overrated band on the planet. They have 2 very good songs and a lot of filler. Echo & the Bunnymen, Alabama 3 and Republic of Loose were my highlights. REM get better with age.

2 of the brothers went for Sat/Sun and enjoyed themselves - seems to have been less knack bags at it this year then in the past! The recessions good for 1 thing at least.
