Hey guys,
I have been appointed the agency for Bing / Jacobs surfboards in Ireland and will be importing these beautiful boards from here on out. If you are half thinkin' about changing or upgrading your log please PM or email me for a quote on any particular model. Matt (Calvani) and Margaret (Yao) from Bing / Jacobs surfboards will be coming over to the UK and Ireland in April so there will be a container of boards leaving the states next week. Here is a current stock list of boards available from Bing, I don't have a spec sheet yet for each board you see here but if you see something you like get in contact with me and I'll find out for you.
That's about the size of it for the time being other than my website should (hopefully) be up and running next week. At first I didn't want to launch californiadreamin without the site up and running but with the ship sailing next week I needed to put the word out.

Amazing news longboardirl/smileslayer.gif longboardirl/smileslayer.gif but this news is goin to hurt my pocket ohmy.gif
Gotta say I have my Gold Standard 2 years now and it is truely an amazing log and my next big trad log will be a 9'10" silver spoon, my surfing and paddling ability improved dramiticaly once I got on the Bing, as Josh Constable said "60% of Noseriding is the board, 20% is wave shape and 20% is skill" longboardirl/surfing.gif
quality over quantity ! longboardirl/smileslayer.gif

Good luck with your venture. longboardirl/smileslayer.gif

Good boards, decent quality.

Silver spoon is the best noserider I have tried so far, although thats all I could get it to do.

Do you have all of the prices worked out yet?, I'm not looking for a new board (before you start the hard sell!) but I'm sure any prospective customers would like an indication of the cost's.

decent quality

I dont think your goin to get any better quality than Calvini for the prices of Bing and Jacops, the finish is on par with Tyler !
Ive drooled over bings and Jacops in Icons of surf and Longboard grotto, the quality is miles ahead of any other boards in the same price range, decent quality is a bit of an understatement.
The only reason I didnt buy another Bing on my last trip is I got a great deal on my Anderson, I wouldnt have hesitated otherwise.

I disagree with the Tyler comment, you will be hard pushed to find a setup as big as bing producing boards to the quality of a one man band like Tyler.

The Bing boards are a very good combination of quality, price, and heritage.

Dont want to hijack the thread either but fair enough a Tyler Craftsman is a different ball game but you'll notice I said "for the prices" in both my posts, an off the Shelf 305 is approx $500 more than a silver spoon god knows how much more a craftsman is.
e.g Loose fit have a 777 for €2,137.91 before shipping, a Calvini shapped Nose Rider will cost €1300 - €1400, the quality of Bings/Jacops is 2nd to none for the money, now I may go home and compare the quality of my Bing and my Tyler biggrin.gif laugh.gif
